The secret to a fine pizza is to let the dough proof for at least 48 hours. The result is a crunchy, airy crust, subtle sourdough flavour, that's easier to digest. Combine this with our bespoke blend of 5 types of flour, fresh Mozzarella and premium Italian tomatoes, you have a Baking Chambers Pizza!
