The secret to a fine pizza is to let the dough proof for at least 48 hours. The result is a crunchy, airy crust, subtle sourdough flavour,
that's easier to digest. Combine this with the finest blend of flour and

Good morning 🌞, we ordered your bread yesterday, three loaves and I just wanted to say (and I am sure you get told all the time) that it was delicious and so flavoursome, we loved it all, my favourite being the rye. We have just moved to the area from Devon and I was slightly worried that I couldn't find a bakery on the high street. Whilst hunting down a bakery is very much a first-world problem, I value my health and don't eat ultra-processed foods. All solved now we have found the Baking Chambers.
