Pizza
The secret to a fine pizza is to let the dough proof for at least 48 hours. The result is a crunchy, airy crust, subtle sourdough flavour,
that's easier to digest. Combine this with the finest Italian flour and
ingredients.

Bakery Workshops
Learn how to make bread in small groups in a relaxed environment, located in the Baking Shed. The courses are hands-on. All equipment and instructions will be provided. Min group of x 4 required for a booking.
