Our Baking Chambers workshop is a hands-on day of baking, the perfect introduction to get you up and running, baking confidentially at home. Learn about different types of flour & yeast. We will be learning how to work and shape the dough, and many other elements in the science and art of baking. Please bring a sturdy bag with you to take your baked creations away. All equipment and ingredients will be provided, including aprons.

Sourdough Baking Workshop- £150 per person

Day 1 (11:00 pm - 4:30 pm) please arrive by 09:45) inc refreshments and a light lunch. 

Day 2- (11:00 -13:00) Make Dark Rye, & bake off all sourdoughs, tea & coffee, recap, Q&A.

This course is for those wanting to enhance their baking skills and knowledge. Explore the world of natural leaven breads, sponges & starters. This will provide you with the confidence to bake at home without using commercial bakers' yeast. Learn how to control natural fermentation, make, feed and maintain your own cultures. We will be making:

-White sourdough batard-shaped
-Wheat and rye sourdough boule-shaped
-Raisin, Rosemary & Olive Oil sourdough
-Dark Rye, tinned Sourdough


Italian Breads £85

Course times 11:00 - 15:00
We will be making from scratch delicious Focaccia, Ciabatta & other flatbreads.


Pizza Time £80.00

Course times 11:00 - 14:00
Learn to make pizza dough from scratch by hand and with a mixer. Shape and top your own pizza. We will also be making authentic Italian Grissini with toppings.
