Day 2- (10:30am -13:00pm), Dark Rye, & bake off all sourdoughs, tea & coffee, recap, Q&A.

£150 per person includes lunch and refreshments, plus your live sourdough starter and a dough scraper to get you started.
N.B. Please bring a sturdy bag with you to take your baked creations away. All equipment and ingredients will be provided, including aprons. Please let us know of any food allergies or intolerances in advance of the course. Please note the baking shed is an environment where wheat, rye & Sesame seeds are present
