
Introduction to Bread making group of 4 (£85.00 per person)
Course times 12:00pm - 4:00pm approx
Our Baking Chambers workshop is a hands-on day of baking, the perfect introduction to get you up and running, baking confidentially at home. Learn about different types of flour & yeast. We will be learning how to work and shape the dough, and many other elements in the science and art of baking. Please bring a sturdy bag with you to take your baked creations away. All equipment and ingredients will be provided, including aprons.
Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided
You will be baking:
Country style tinned loaf, Provencal flatbread, Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia.
*A group of 4 is required to book for each workshop.
